The kindle version of this book is totally useless. Each table of Glycemic Index values is split in the middle, as if it spans two pages and the list of items is on the left-hand page and the index values are on the right hand page. Unfortunately, on the Kindle, you can only see one page at a time, so you cannot tell which index goes with which item. Not at all helpful. I now have to buy the hard version in order to be able to use the information. A waste.

Being a newly diagnosed diabetic, I find this book very helpful in the grocery store. Lots of foods listed make shopping much less scary anymore.
