    The book has everything you need to know about how to lose weight through dieting. It does not recommend a specific type of diet, but rather focuses on the types of food you need to eat and lifestyle changes you need to make. It was very informative and ensures to explain what and why specific types of food need to be eliminated and which ones are good for you.

    I found that it does hit pretty close to home when it talked about the habits that one needs to change. At times, it was even brutally honest, which I found to be eye-opening. It specifies and gives examples of each bad habit that those who need to lose weight often have. It even tackles how to prepare yourself emotionally, how to incorporate the diet into your busy lifestyle, and how to track your progress. It was especially interesting reading about how coconut oil can help you lose weight. These set of books were very educational for me.

    If you ever feel tired out of energy and grumpy during your day this book will determine the most probable cause of that. What I like about this book is it illustrates how many people gain weight during the day. This could be in the form of eating a snack in between every meal and putting of exercise in the morning or after work with the excuse of I’ll do it later. Obviously all these habits are obviously destructive ones but the book points out these are many of the detrimental habits that contribute towards most people’s weight gain. Many principles are described in this book which I thought were useful the one about your mind is the key resonated well with me. As well as this the book is also accompanied by action steps and recipes to include in your diet also highly valuable. Overall a high quality read I recommend this book to anybody looking to lose weight or improve their diet.
