    No Sugar, which meant no coca-cola…which is hard! getting fit is difficult because is cheaper to eat junk food. There it is, I said it!
    This books gives tons of healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner so we can try (yes, try) eating healthier.
    The good part is that all recipes are really easy to understand and follow, won’t have any problem preparing them quickly.

    I’ve been trying to lose weight for quite sometime now and it’s been rather difficult because I lack the commitment and the discipline. I love to eat and my friends and family share the same passion for food. I got this book to try and see if maybe this type of diet works for me and after reading the book I am beginning to think it just might. This book explains what the diet is all about and explains what I can and cannot eat for me to lose weight. There are also really good recipes in this book including dessert recipes which I find amazing because the idea of not being able to eat desserts is a scary thought. I am definitely looking forward to loosing weight and hopefully living a more healthy lifestyle.

    This is a great guide and contains everything that I was looking for. I always have my eye out for books that can help me improve my health and maintain a proper diet. Luckily, this book was all that and then some. I learned so many new recipes too cook that are made specifically to help you not only lose weight, but maintain healthy eating habits. A huge bonus is that the recipes taste great. I suggest you try the salmon recipe, so far it is my favorite thing to cook. I know for a fact that everyone can benefit from this book as much as I did! If you are looking to change your ways and start living a healthier lifestyle, then you need to get your hands on this book. I highly recommend it!
