    This app really gets you relaxed and it nice. losing weight is 80% mental and 20% physical and this app really gets into you mind and helps you and it really does work

    I was a skeptic because I’ve tried many other hypnosis apps, free and paid. But they didn’t work very well, but after only a few days of this one, I felt a difference. Wanting to eat better, more motivated…I didn’t have problems with the volume, I could adjust it on the free app, however, I like to listen at bedtime, and in order for it not to wake me up at the end, and to have the brainwaves work, I did have to pay. I fall asleep to both the weight loss app, (BTW I’ve lost 7 lbs. Since Feb.7), and the exercise app at bedtime. It relaxes me, and always makes me fall asleep. After the 1st one, I always wake up about a half hour later, (insomnia), then I listen to the other. I am an insomniac, and it used to take me hours to fall asleep, only to wake up every few minutes. Now I fall asleep within the first few mins of listening, and sleep almost an hour before waking again. That in itself is worth it to me. I’m very happy.
