    This set of diet books is new to me specially about the Diet for Gladiator. I’m more interested in flat belly diet though, as my aim is to just have a leaner tummy. Book 1 is about The Flat Belly Diet which emphasizes on helping you achieve a leaner tummy. Unlike other diets, this type of diet is requiring you to undergo a 1 week cleanse but in compliance with this diet program.
    Book 2 is about the Diet for Gladiators. As we have watched in movies or films about Gladiators fighting in arena, we saw that they are unbelievably strong people. So the aim of this diet is for you to be as strong and healthy as these Gladiators.
    There are plenty of recipes included in this book that will help you get started with these diets too. Both books are good references and very informative.
