    This book was interesting but had many flaws. The recipes sound good, for the most part, but there are some errors. For instance, the author says that the ingredients do not contain carbs; in fact, many of them are LOADED with carbs. The grammar and mechanics were beyond horrible. The entire book would have benefited from a professional editing. I am keeping it for a while, until I have tried out a few of the recipes, but I would be happier if it were more coherent and if one of the authors weren’t madly in love with the word “do.” This was an Amazon freebie.

    This recipe ebook has many good smoothie mixtures beginning with the Glowing Green Smoothie. This vitamin powerhouse is made from romaine lettuce,spinach, pear, banana, celery, apple and lemon – all organic.The instructions provide clear guidance on how to prepare the food for optimal nutrient value from juicing.

    Greens provide the badly needed fiber so vital for weight loss and the discharge of toxins. The other way to discharge toxins is with a volcanic ash preparation mixed in water with a plastic spoon. The preparation is taken the first thing in the morning with a 2 hour food fasting except for drinking plenty of water.

    There are so many recipes in this book don’t think I will have to buy another for now, trying to lose weight using these recipes has been awesome and I really thought that green smoothies would be all bitter tasting, but they arent – Im loving them!
