    Losing weight by breathing is something I never heard of before so I had to check this book out. While at first I was skeptical about it, I kept an open mind and ended up liking the book. The book is well written and not that long but definitely worth the read. You will learn about the benefits of breathing properly and how it can boost your metabolism so you can increase your weight loss. There are various techniques to help you achieve this goal. I would still suggest right eating and daily workouts which are also good and help you lose weight and maintain a decent one.

    I have never thought that breathing can be a way to lose weight and be fit until I read this ebook. I was able to sip a good cup of information about the long breath diet wherein it involves breathing in through your nose while exhaling through your mouth while expanding your chest for elongated periods of time. An easy to follow steps procedure, I am enjoying it now. Thanks for this wonderful read!
