    I love this book! With the different kinds of delicious food out there it’s hard not to get enticed and give everything a try until you notice that your reflection is already twice as big since the last time you faced the mirror. I’m currently in this situation right now and I sure could use this book’s advice in order to get back to the former and healthy me.

    This book, “60+ Amazing yet Practical Tips and Habits to Lose Weight and Feel Great!” is a very helpful guide that I need.     Some of these tips were standard fare but some of them were uniquely helpful for me. The idea of taking a photo of my meals was one I will put into action. That also encourages me to make a nicer presentation.

    This book will give you the base of an excellent lifestyle. It’s a great resource for the ones who is looking for some great recipe that are equally tasty as well as healthy. It has the foods to eat and why they should be eaten; nutritional values; recipes and menus. The only other piece of information I would have liked to be included is why one cannot eat grapefruit if taking antidepressants. A complete guide for someone who wishes to have not just fit and sexy body but as well as a healthier body. I’ll surely share this book.
