    On July 1 2013, after 30 years of trying numerous diets out there and failing, I surrendered myself to SHRED. Sick and tired of dieting then putting the weight back on because I never learned how to fuel my body properly I exhaled and started. I stopped overthinking the process and just followed what was written in the book. Dr. Smith has it all laid out for you. I was so thrilled with my results that when I saw Super SHRED , I knew that it would be a winner.

    All of his programs work, if you work them. Super SHRED is as he boasts for short term quick weight loss in a healthy way eating real foods. You still get to have pizza or lasagna or a sandwich or pancakes but all with moderation. There are no prepackaged foods required to buy, all regular food eaten in intervals throughout the day. The key is to keep,your body guessing so it doesn’t go into a plateau and to keep,the metabolism revved. To date, I have lost nearly 50 pounds from doing SHRED and Super SHRED. These plans lead you to a path of healthy lifestyle eating.
