    This book will give you the base of an excellent lifestyle. Be sure that with this Superfoods, you will weight loss and also burn fat. Dark chocolate, salmon, avocados, green tea, almonds THEY ARE EXCELLENT FOODS. They will not only help you to lose weight , but also will help you to have a cleaner brain, get more attention, clarity and you will be full of energy. Maybe some fruits like banana, apple or pears can be replaced by blackberries, strawberries or plums (they have less fructose, the same as sugar) but you will find in this book everything you need to lose weight. I recommended this book.

    I feel like I dictated this book to the the author because it includes everything I would put in a book like this!!! It has the foods to eat and why they should be eaten; nutritional values; recipes and menus. The only other piece of information I would have liked to be included is why one cannot eat grapefruit if taking antidepressants.
    So buy with confidence and enjoy. If you are like me, you won’t mind missing all the bad food you should avoid.

    Oh, by the way you can have DARK CHOCOLATE for a snack!!!

    Weight Loss is a practical guide that offers interesting steps to help you lose weight. Along with discussing superfoods that may help you along the way.

    I like the fact the author writes in a personalized zone. I did find however there are a few syntax issues that interrupted the reading flow. Simpler word choice will eliminate this.

    Bottom line is, there’s plenty of pointers in this book to support weight loss. I recommend you read this book and see what you can learn!
