    I’ve always been mindful of my weight like most women – seeing how much positive change can happen just by committing to a healthy smoothie regimen has inspired me to try out the action plan in this book.  I always thought that dieting would often mean eating less than appealing meals, but shifting my focus on healthy and delicious smoothies will provide me with a whole new approach to weight loss, one that I can actually stick with!  This book is a keeper.

    I love the smoothies in this book. They are packed with nutrients and supply you with a burst of energy. I find them best to consume after a long workout. Very recommended if you are looking for delicious recipes.
