    Losing weight is one of my greatest struggles. Sometimes I feel really stressed out because I can’t go back to my weight before I got pregnant. I was really slim before and I thought I could easily go back to my old shape but I was wrong. I really wanted to learn how to lose weight the right way without starving myself. I know I could find that in this book. I actually already know most of the tips on this book because I have read a diet book once however it’s too complex and too long that I got really tired reading it. Haven’t even finished it yet.
    But there are other tips that I got from this book that I think will help me lose weight like chewing slowly. I feel that I am always in a rush when I eat that I don’t even remember the taste of the food. Sometimes I watch TV while eating so I don’t really focus on what I eat.
    Also I’ll start using coconut oil and see if it works for me. And sweets, oh they are my weakness! I don’t think I can eliminate them from my diet but I can slowly minimize my sweets intake. Regular exercise and proper sleep will also be on top of my to-do list. I can’t remember when was the last time I went to sleep for full 8 hours. The longest sleep I can remember is 5 hours. I think that greatly contributes to my weight issue.
    Just one negative comment is the title of the book.. Should be LOSE weight, not LOOSE. Hope it gets corrected. The book cover is important. But nevertheless, it’s still worth reading.

    Why are you struggling to find out things that is way too far to achieve with your desired goal? I know that loosing weight is such a big deal nowadays so it’s the right time for me to share this to you. This book will really help you to discipline yourself in the way you handle your lifestyle. I am so grateful for the author because he made such an amazing book! This one is really informative it will surely leave you knowledgeable. I think this is a must read book!
