Who else wants to lose 10 pounds every two weeks this Summer? I know, I know….silly question, right? Most of you who enjoy our articles and comment on our content are looking to lose weight, and if you are anything like most of us who’ve been OVERWEIGHT during the sultry months of summer, you understand how uncomfortable and unhappy the season can be. ( especially while everyone else is out there loving life, having fun and looking great)
So what is the best way to make THIS the season you take control of your weight loss goals?
Good question. And honestly, we recommend Medifast…which for many of you who are familiar with our story is not a big surprise. But the simple truth is that for many overweight people, we find ourselves trapped in trying to pick the “perfect” plan, and spend days, weeks or even months caught in the paralysis of analysis, counting and crunching calorie numbers, only to NEVER really start the diet. Sound familiar? It should…as some statistics say that 50% of obese people actually spend MORE time planning a diet, than actually trying them..:-)
How is Medifast different?
All of the heavy lifting is done for you. You don’t have to think, analyze or navel gaze about the right foods, the right scale, or spend ANY time reading the perplexing packaging at the supermarket. You just “do” the diet. And it works….and it HAS worked for well over a million people just like you. Medifast also costs less per day ( about 10 dollars) than many of us spend on junk food…making the recession, or other economic excuses a non starter as well.
The bottom line?
If you are looking for a proven plan to help you lose 20 pounds a month, this summer…and starting right now, you would probably do well checking Medifast out. I obviously don’t know you’re personal goals, but for lots of us…..feeling fit and fabulous is pretty high up there. And I simply don’t know of a better way to make that happen then Medifast. ( and if you give it a try, I’m betting you’ll agree..:-)
