You want to lose weight so do you go on yet another diet? Do you exercise more (always a very good thing to do) or do you just make efforts to improve your diet?

It will help to clear the junk from your body and will provide optimum nutritional content for you. Gradual dietary changes always work best, so start by including a daily juice for breakfast. With additional fruit like a mango later in the morning. Mangos are packed with beta-carotene, vitamin C, many B vitamins, calcium, magnesium and potassium, they are also loaded with antioxidants which help keep the body disease-free. So adding a few mangos to your weekly shop will be of benefit.
