Not only will this help you lose weight, but it makes the process a lot easier since you don’t have the obvious issues with going hungry.

Those who fast regularly report a significant increase in energy. This is mainly due to the cleansing effect that the fast has on your body. Once you get rid of all the toxins that’s built up you body don’t have to expend all that energy on trying to digest and eliminate the toxins.
